Privacy notice
Effective August 31, 2026
Information collected
The current site collects an email address when you join the waitlist or request a secure link. It may also receive a referral code and, if a form specifically requests it, a phone number. The site automatically processes IP address, browser and request information used to deliver the site and limit abuse.
How it is used
This information is used to operate and confirm the waitlist, send requested sign-in and confirmation messages, provide the authenticated dashboard, attribute referrals, communicate about the first edition, and protect the site from misuse. The site does not currently accept orders or payments.
Service-provider categories
Hosting and database providers process information needed to operate the site and waitlist. Email-delivery providers process addresses and message data needed to send confirmation and sign-in messages. Optional Meta, Rumble, and X advertising measurement is described below. These are the current categories of third parties with which waitlist information may be shared.
Cookies and browser storage
Signed, HTTP-only cookies provide secure sessions and remember the submitted email for convenience. Browser storage remembers referral attribution, the email entered in the form, the advertising choice, and whether a signup event was already measured. After you allow advertising measurement, an advertising provider may store its own attribution identifier in browser storage or a cookie.
Optional advertising measurement
If you choose Allow, configured Meta, Rumble, and X website tags can receive visits to the public home and confirmation pages and an allowlisted conversion action such as a completed signup. Our tracking code does not send email addresses, phone numbers, shipping addresses, free text, or payment details. These providers may receive ordinary request information such as your IP address, browser details, sanitized page URL, cookies, and an ad click identifier. See Meta’s Privacy Policy, Rumble’s Privacy Policy, and X’s Privacy Policy.
These providers may use this information to measure advertising and may associate it with activity over time and across different websites. Tracking is off until you opt in. Global Privacy Control keeps it off. The site does not respond to the older Do Not Track browser setting. You can change the choice with the Privacy choicesbutton shown on the site.
Reviewing information
After confirming an address, the authenticated dashboard displays the waitlist and profile information associated with it and permits changes to the profile fields it presents. It does not provide a process for changing the confirmed email address.
Changes to this notice
Changes are described by posting the revised notice on this page and replacing the effective date above.
